Orlando Trainer Michael Berry

Michael Berry

Michael Berry founded Pure Energy Fitness and Flexibility with a dream to build a fitness community that welcomes everyone – all ages, body types, and backgrounds. He takes pride in lifting others up to reach their full potential and that has become Pure Energy’s culture. Michael began his fitness journey in martial arts where he earned black belts in Taekwondo and Shotokan Karate. In the early 90’s, Michael was introduced to weight training by a bodybuilding couple that inspired him in the way they coached others toward their individual goals. This motivated Michael to study bodybuilding and training techniques, and become certified as a personal trainer.

Michael trains clients with different backgrounds, fitness types, skill levels, and ages ranging from those just starting their fitness journey to seasoned athletes. Michael believes that physical fitness is a personal journey and his job is to guide and empower those on that journey. He has over 30 years’ experience crafting tailored workout regimens that meet each individual’s personal goals, and helps his clients become the healthiest version of themselves.

Orlando Trainer Robert Craig Campbell

Robert Craig Campbell

Craig has been empowering people through personal training for over 18 years. His journey began at the age of seven, when he became a member of the Junior Olympic Boxing Team at the Bedford-Stuyvesant Boxing Center. His love for fitness grew as he learned discipline and physical skills in the ring.

Craig’s training career began as a volunteer coach at a local YMCA. Since then, he’s worked with numerous clients ranging from elite athletes to youth to those looking to lose a few pounds. Craig’s approach to training is unique because he integrates methods from multiple disciplines for a tailored approach to each individual. Craig’s motto, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you” and his commitment to his clients helps them realize their personal training goals.
